Katarzyna Kazior

Mentor and advisor to private equity funds, Last Mile Experts and private companies. From 2015 to 2018, she served as CEO of Frisco.pl, the largest online supermarket in Poland, responsible for multiplying revenues, significantly increasing profitability, and becoming a market leader. In 2018-2019, she served as Director of Digital Transformation at Żabka Polska, where she was responsible for, among other things, the project to create and implement the Żappka mobile app, the Future Store project, and internal projects using AI to optimize processes and decisions.

She started her career at McKinsey&Company, the world's leading strategic consulting company. In addition to her corporate experience, Ms Katarzyna is also an entrepreneur. She co-founded ClubCodes.pl, sold in 2014 to the French group Edenred. In 2012, as part of the Rocket Internet fund, she co-founded Global Savings Group (then under the Cuponation brand) and was responsible for establishing the company's branch in Poland.

She graduated from the London School of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics, where she completed the international CEMS Masters in Management program and Harvard Business School.

An independent member within the meaning of the rules and regulations of the capital market.

According to the submitted declaration, the activity of the member of the Supervisory Board outside the company's enterprise is not competitive in relation to the activity performed in the Company's enterprise, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, personal company, nor as a member of a body of company, and he does not participate in other competitive legal entities as a member of their bodies. The member of the Supervisory Board has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept in accordance with the Act on the National Court Register.
