Subject: Information about transactions on the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 MAR 
Legal basis: Article 19 Sec. 3 MAR – information on transactions effected by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

Text of the Report: 

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 30 September 2019 they received three (3) notices pursuant to Article  19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation; the said notices having been received from:

1) Mr James Van Bergh –  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company –  about sale of 13 237 shares in the Company at PLN 900.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 27 September 2019;
2) Benefit Invest Ltd. – which is a person closely related to the persons who exercise the managerial responsibilities at the Company, namely Mr James Van Bergh – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr Michael Sanderson – Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 7 413 shares in the Company at PLN 900.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 27 September 2019.
3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, which is a person closely related to the persons who exercise the managerial responsibilities at the Company, namely Mr James Van Bergh – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 5 744 shares in the Company at PLN 900.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 27 September 2019.
