Estimate information on active sport cards' number

In reference to the current report no. 24/2016 of 20 July 2016 and the current report no. 1/2021 of 4 January 2021, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that the estimated number of active sport cards in March 2021 in Poland segment reached 436.8 ths. pcs.

In the Foreign Segment, from the start of 1Q 2021 to the date of publication of this report, sport and recreational facilities were closed in the Czech Republic (from 18 December 2020) and in Slovakia (from 19 December 2020) and MultiSport programme remained suspended.

In Bulgaria, sport and recreational facilities remained open in the period of 1 February 2021 - 21 March 2021 and the estimated number of active sport cards as of March 2021 reached 78.7 ths. pcs.

In Croatia, sport and recreational facilities remain open as of the date of publication of this report (starting from 14 February 2021) with the estimated number of active sport cards in March 2021 at 13.4 ths. pcs.
