Benefit Systems publishes its results for the first three quarters of 2016


At the end of the third quarter of 2016 Benefit Systems Group had a total of 734,800 employee benefits cards in Poland and abroad. On the Polish market in this period there were nearly 690,000 users, while the remaining 45,000 are cards on foreign markets, mainly in the Czech Republic (34,000 cards). In Slovakia and Bulgaria, where the Benefit Systems Group has been operating since 2015, activities related to the development of the sports card offer have continued.

In the period in question the Fitness segment reached PLN 52.7 million in sales revenue. Fitness networks, in which Benefit Systems invests, operated a total of 109 clubs with an area of over 142,700 m2.

In the cafeteria segment, after three quarters of 2016, the number of MyBenefit and MultiKafeteria platform users increased to 227.5 thousand, which means a change of 60,000 compared to the corresponding period in 2015. Turnover on the cafeteria platforms amounted to PLN 132 million (an increase by more than 30 per cent year to year).

In the first three quarters, the sales revenue of the Benefit Systems Group increased by 29.2 per cent year to year, reaching a value of PLN 539.3 million. In the period in question, the EBITDA of the Group amounted to PLN 85.9 million, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company to PLN 54.8 million.
