FAQ

What types of sports cards does the Group offer?

The MultiSport card is the flagship product of the Group. It provides access to more than 55 different activities at more than 6,700 facilities in Poland and more than 8,300 facilities abroad, even several times a day. The Classic and Light versions of the card allow access to a slightly smaller number of facilities, once a day (Classic) or within a monthly limit of visits (Light). Moreover, we offer MultiSport cards dedicated to specific age groups: Kids, Aqua (access to more than 700 swimming pools for children), Student and Senior. We also offer cards of our subsidiary VanityStyle: FitProfit and FitSport, which provide unlimited access (FitProfit) or eight visits per month (FitSport) to many sports facilities.

Abroad, we offer a MultiSport card allowing access to sports facilities once a day, a Lite product and a product for children, and in the Czech Republic also a product for students

Who is financing the MultiSport card - the employee or the employer?

Our clients are employers, and it is through them that users can acquire our cards. Employers can choose how to finance the card: they can cover the entire cost or opt for co-financing shared with the employee. The most common co-financing scheme is 50:50 between employees and employers, but other proportions are also possible.

What are the benefits of the card for the user (employee) and the employer?

Users gain access to a wide range of facilities (mostly fitness clubs and swimming pools) within a single product; in Poland there are currently several thousand of them. Thanks to the employer’s contribution, employees can use a wide range of services, including various online add-ons, for a relatively small amount. When users want to try a new place to train, they do not have to worry about completing formalities on site – it is enough to show the card together with an identity document, or the app on their phone. Staying fit and healthy thus becomes easier and cheaper.

For employers, a sports card is a complementary way to reward employees with a unique product. It also increases the employer’s attractiveness on the labour market and supports employee retention. In addition, using the card improves employees’ fitness and health, which for employers can translate into lower costs related to absenteeism. Settling the product also means less work for administrative departments – companies receive one invoice instead of dozens from different facilities.

On what foreign markets do you operate?

Benefit Systems, together with the MultiSport card, has been present in the Czech Republic since 2010, in Bulgaria and Slovakia since 2015 and in Croatia since 2018. In 2021 we announced our entry into the Turkish market.

Does the Benefit System Group offer access to online services?

As part of the MultiSport programme, Polish users have access to the MultiSport Zone at: https://www.kartamultisport.pl/en. The site offers not only account information and a facility search tool, but also online workouts and a yoga basics course. Since 2021, we have offered a new product – Multi.Life – which is based primarily on online services in the area of health/fitness/wellness. In 2024, we also invested in the Wellbee platform, which connects therapists with people who need psychological support.

Our cafeteria platforms are also digital products. They are marketplace-type platforms offering our clients’ employees tickets to cultural events, tourist trips, sports cards, vouchers to brick-and-mortar and e-commerce stores, and much more.

What is the Multi.Life product?

In 2021, we launched a new project, Multi.Life, a product based primarily on an online offer and addressed to people who are interested in an active and healthy lifestyle but prefer not to exercise in sports facilities. We want to develop this product taking into account the most important trends in health/fitness/wellness, including those that accelerated during the pandemic. Multi.Life offers access to services such as: the Diet Wizard, a Mindfulness course, a wellbeing indicator, psychological consultations, diagnostic tests, access to audio services, and video consultations with trainers and nutritionists.

How many fitness clubs does your current network comprise and what are the plans for its development?

As of 31 December 2025, the Benefit Systems Group had 279 facilities in Poland, including 139 Zdrofit fitness clubs, 50 Fabryka Formy clubs, 22 under the My Fitness Place brand, 22 under the Fitness Academy brand, 20 Fit Fabric clubs, 11 Endorfina clubs, 6 Saturn Fitness gyms, 6 Interfit clubs and 1 club each under the Artis and ToneZone brands. The Group’s portfolio also includes the Wesolandia swimming pool.

In foreign markets, as of 31 December 2025, we operated 267 clubs, including 52 in the Czech Republic, 42 in Bulgaria, 18 in Croatia, 15 in Slovakia and 140 in Turkey.

In 2025, the Group opened 22 clubs in Poland and 38 abroad. In 2026, we plan approximately 20 openings in Poland, approximately 30 in Turkey and approximately 20 in other markets. In the longer term, the Group takes a selective approach to network development, taking into account primarily the attractiveness of new locations for MultiSport programme users and individual gym users.

How much is Benefit Systems Group's capital expenditure?

In 2025, the Group’s capital expenditure amounted to PLN 662.8 million, including PLN 105.4 million on intangible assets (software and IT) and PLN 557.4 million net on fixed assets, mainly in clubs. Additionally, in 2025 the Group spent PLN 1,747.5 million on acquisitions of other entities (mainly the MAC Group in Turkey).

In 2026, the Group plans to continue increased organic capital expenditure. In the longer term, the level of capital expenditure will depend primarily on the pace of fitness club openings.

What is the growth potential of the cards? Where do you find new customers?

According to our estimates, the long-term potential of the Polish market is 2.5 - 2.8 million cards.

Our clients are companies employing more than 4 million people (out of a pool of 10 million employees working in companies with more than 10 employees). The second area of growth is so-called upselling, i.e. increasing the number of cards among employees at existing clients.

In addition, we continue to develop sports cards for accompanying persons, including children, students and seniors.

In the International EU segment, the four countries in which we operate have a combined population slightly smaller than that of Poland, which translates into a long-term potential of around 1.7–2.0 million cards. At this time, our estimates of the potential do not include our newest market, which is also the most populous – Turkey.

Do you plan to expand into new foreign markets, e.g. Western Europe?

When choosing new destinations for geographical expansion, we pay attention primarily to a fragmented fitness market, high urbanisation and the presence of large cities, as well as a favourable competitive environment. Trends indicating the growing importance of a healthy lifestyle and physical activity are also important.

Considering our selection criteria, those Western European markets where the fitness market is dominated by a few large players do not fit our vision of development. We continuously analyse other markets for further expansion.

In 2021, we announced preparations to enter the Turkish market, where we started selling our first cards in 2022. Currently, in Turkey we focus on increasing the number of partner facilities, of which we already have more than 3 thousand, and the number of cards sold exceeded 50 thousand in 4Q25.

What is the Cafeterias product?

Cafeterias are marketplace-type platforms offering a choice of various types of benefits for employees, made available to individual employers. Through these portals, employers make it easier for their employees to choose how to use social funds/non-wage benefits. On the platform, employees can buy tickets to cultural events, pay for tourist trips, buy vouchers to brick-and-mortar and e-commerce stores, etc. Benefit Systems acts as an intermediary in this process.

Cafeterias are important for us in building relationships with HR departments – in one place we provide a range of options for using non-wage benefits, including the choice of a MultiSport card. This is particularly important for clients with the largest numbers of employees, as it significantly simplifies the management of non-wage benefits for a large workforce. In 2025, the platform’s turnover exceeded PLN 1 billion.

Is there a policy of distribution of profit to shareholders in place with the Company?

On 20 March 2026, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. adopted the Dividend Policy of Benefit Systems S.A. for 2026–2028. In each year of the Dividend Policy, the Management Board will recommend to the General Meeting the payment of a dividend of at least 60% of the adjusted consolidated net profit of the Company’s capital group for the previous financial year, understood as consolidated net profit adjusted for gains or losses from unrealised foreign exchange differences and for the effect of hyperinflation resulting from the application of IAS 29.
