Text of the report: The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 19 October 2026 the Company received from Mr Robert Sokołowski, President of the Management Board of the Company, and from the following Members of the Management Board of the Company: Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Mr Marcin Fojudzki and Mr Marek Trepko, notifications referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation concerning transactions involving the acquisition of subscription warrants under the Company's Incentive Program for 2026-2028.
The Company hereby provides the contents of the notifications received as attachments to this report.
