Text of the report: The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 11 September 2026 the Company received from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz, a Member of the Management Board of the Company, a notification of transaction conducted in the Company’s shares, submitted pursuant to Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
