B Corp

In 2018, we became the first public company in Central and Eastern Europe to join the B Corp movement, following a nearly two-year certification process. In 2023, we renewed our certification and again achieved top marks in the employee area.

What does B Corp certification mean to us?

  • This distinction confirms our commitment to responsible and sustainable business conduct and our daily efforts to change the world for the better.
  • The idea of ​​social responsibility is embedded in the DNA of our company and the products we create.
  • The B Corp certification is not only an objective assessment of our activities, but also a tool that helps us continuously analyse the impact of our activities on people, the environment and communities and take appropriate actions in these areas.

Code of Ethics

The Benefit Systems Group BS_WAY Code of Ethics describes the basic ethical standards, values ​​and principles of conduct that guide us in our daily lives.
  • It outlines our commitment to all stakeholders, including respect for human rights, combating corruption, preventing conflicts of interest, ensuring confidentiality and data protection, social engagement, and a responsible approach to the natural environment.

Reporting irregularities

Employees and associates can report irregularities in the following ways:

Reports from whistleblowers in the context of work performed in the scope of violations of law indicated in the Whistleblower Protection Act

  • In writing, addressing correspondence to the Compliance Officer, Ethics Committee or Member of the Management Board (marked "Confidential");
  • In person during a meeting with selected members of the Ethics Committee;

Procedure for confidential reporting of suspected violations of law, internal regulations and ethical standards

Procedures for dealing with mobbing, discrimination, or other employee-related complaints

  • Depending on the company in the group, reports can be sent to HR departments, the Works Council or to dedicated email addresses.
