Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company’), announces the Company’s publication dates of periodic reports in 2019:

Annual reports:
1.  Standalone annual report for 2018 – 28 March 2019
2.  Consolidated annual report for 2018 – 28 March 2019

Quarterly reports:
1.  Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2019 – 16 May 2019
2.  Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2019 – 7 November 2019

Semi-annual reports:
1.  Standalone report for the first half of 2019 – 22 August 2019
2.  Consolidated report for the first half of 2019 – 22 August 2019

The Company informs that in 2019, it will publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation’), in lieu of the publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2018 and second quarter of 2018.
