A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin. Since 2005, a legal counsel at the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP) in Warsaw. Since 2007, a Managing Partner at the law firm Prof. Marek Wierzbowski i Partnerzy, where he is responsible for the capital markets practice. In 2003-2006, Head of the Presidium's Office, Proxy, and Spokesman at PTU S.A. In 1999-2003 Marcin Marczuk held various functions at Compensa S.A. In 1996-1999 he worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission Office [KPWiG] (currently the Polish Financial Supervision Authority [KNF]). Commentator of events in the capital market; co-author of the Commentary on the Capital Market Law, as well as the Commentary on the Act on Bonds (both CH BECK publishing house). He gained experience as a member of the supervisory boards of public and non-public companies, among others, Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA, BetaCom SA, DDPP Securities S.A., Berling S.A., Premium Food Restaurants S.A., Opera TFI S.A., Gadu-Gadu S.A., or Koncept-L SA.

According to the submitted declaration, the activity of the member of the Supervisory Board outside the company's enterprise is not competitive in relation to the activity performed in the Company's enterprise, he does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, personal company, nor as a member of a body of company, and he does not participate in other competitive legal entities as a member of their bodies. The member of the Supervisory Board has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept in accordance with the Act on the National Court Register.
