Management Board Member at Benefit Systems S.A.
Arkadiusz Hanszke has been a Management Board Member at Benefit Systems S.A. since 9 November 2016. He is responsible for IT, project management and administration.
He started working at Benefit Systems S.A. in October 2015 as IT Director. He began his professional career in 1999 at FM Logistic where he was responsible for IT in Central Europe. He also executed projects in IT and logistics for companies from the FMCG, retail and new technologies sector.
In 2005-2008, as IT Director at Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN S.A., he was responsible for the IT strategy as well as the development and maintenance of ERP and WMS systems. In 2009-2015 he was a CIO at the ACTION Group where he was responsible for the IT strategy and executed projects in the area of information systems, infrastructure and automated high-bay warehouses.
He has graduated from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology. He has also completed the Strategic Leadership Academy run by the ICAN Institute and a series of development programmes organised by IMD (Switzerland).
