The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 3, 2021 (hereinafter, the "General Meeting"):

1) James Van Bergh - 517,195 shares representing 517,195 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 23.28%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 17.87%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 300,421 shares representing 300,421 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 13.52%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.38%;

3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 239,628 shares representing 239,628 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 10.79%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.28%;

4) Marek Kamola - 237,440 shares representing 237,440 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 10.69%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.20%;

5) MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 210,000 shares representing 210,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 9.45%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.26%;

6) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 159,000 shares representing 159,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 7.16%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.49%;

7) Invesco Europlus Fund - 150,299 shares representing 150,299 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 6.77%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.19%;

8) Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander - 142,800 shares representing 142,800 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 6.43%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.93%;
