The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder, Management Board Member of the Company, about purchase of 125 shares in the Company at PLN 699.71 per share on 9 November 2018.
