The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about disposal of 10,000 shares in the Company at PLN 964.00 per share on 29 January 2019.
