Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR
Legal basis: Article 19 Sec. 3 MAR – information on transactions effected by persons performing managerial responsibilities

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 17 October 2022 they received two notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from:
1)    Benefit Invest Ltd. –  an entity closely related to: Mr. James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr. Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 225,000 shares in the Company at PLN 630.00 per share, on 17 October 2022;
2)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely related to Mr. James Van Bergh – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 25,000 shares in the Company at PLN 630.00 per share on 17 October 2022.
