Subject:  Publication dates of periodic reports in 2018
Legal basis: Article 56 Sec. 1 Item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company’), announces the Company’s publication dates of periodic reports in 2018:

Annual reports:
1. Standalone annual report for 2017 – 22 March 2018
2. Consolidated annual report for 2017 – 22 March 2018

Quarterly reports:
1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2018 – 26 April 2018
2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2018 – 7 November 2018

Semi-annual reports:
1. Consolidated report for the first half of 2018 – 23 August 2018

The Company informs that in 2018, it will continue to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 83 subparagraph 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation’) and the consolidated semi-annual report including the abridged semi-annual financial statement referred to in § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, in lieu of the publication of separate standalone and consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports, respectively.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with §101 para. 2 and §102 para. 1 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the second and fourth quarter of 2018.
