Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 18 August 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article  19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro, an entity closely related to Mr. James Van Bergh – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 2 500 shares in the Company at PLN 660.0304 per share on 17 August 2022.
