Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 14, 2020:

1) James Van Bergh - 537,195 shares representing 537,195 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 26.34%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 18.79%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 309,221 shares representing 309,221 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 15.16%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.82%;

3) MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 240,000 shares representing 240,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the
General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 11.77%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.39%.

4) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 239,628 shares representing 239,628 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 11.75%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.38%;

5) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 159,000 shares representing 159,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 7.79%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.56%.

6) Invesco Europlus Fund -146,963 shares representing 146,963 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 7.20%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.14%.

7) AVIVA Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny AVIVA Santander - 142,800 shares representing 142,800 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 14, 2020: 7.00%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.99%.
