Subject: List of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 25, 2019

Legal basis: Article 70 Item 3 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 25, 2019:

1. James Van Bergh – 565 432 shares representing 565 432 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 26.76%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 19.78%;
2. Benefit Invest Limited – 316 634  shares representing 316 634 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 14.98%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 11.1%;
3. Fundacja Benefit Systems – 245 372 shares representing 245 372 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 11.61%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.6%;
4. Marek Kamola – 245 000 shares representing 245 000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 11.6%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.6%;
5. Melife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 240 000 shares representing 240 000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 11.36%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.4%;
6. Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 162 000 shares representing 162 000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 7.66%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.66%.
7. Trimark Europlus Fund – 131 174 shares representing 131 174 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 25, 2019: 6.2%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.6%.
