Subject: Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR
Legal basis: Art. 19 item 3 of MAR - information on transactions conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter the ‘Company’) informs about receiving two (2) notifications, pursuant to art. 19 of MAR, from Fit Invest sp. z o.o.- an entity closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company, namely with Mr. Grzegorz Haftarczyk - Member of the Management Board, on disposal of:
- 2 743 shares of the Company for PLN 1 030,00 per share outside the trading system on 26 March 2018,
- 8 889 shares of the Company for PLN 1 030,00 per share outside the trading system on 27 March 2018
