Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 16 March 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Benefit Invest Ltd., an entity closely related to: Mr. James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr. Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about a sale of 5,000 shares in the Company at PLN 535.00 per share on 15 March 2022. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
