In its first years of operation, the company primarily offers benefits to workers in the financial services sector.

The offer also includes the provision of incentives in the field of sport and recreation, but initially it is only a small addition to the main product.

MultiSport Programme enters the market
2003-2006

MultiSport Programme enters the market


The company begins the development of an innovative product – the Multisport programme.

A programme offering unlimited access to sports and leisure facilities is an original concept, both on the Polish and European markets. In 2004, the MultiSport card is accepted at several clubs in Warsaw.

New types of employee benefits are offered - the MultiKafeteria and MultiBilet Programmes.

Benefit Systems introduces the MultiKafeteria Programme onto the market allowing employees to select products and services within an amount designated by the employer. A few years later the company expands its offer to include benefits in the field of culture and entertainment, adding the MultiBilet Cinema Programme.

The company makes its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and introduces a new product - BenefitLunch.

In 2011, Benefit Systems makes its debut on the floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2013 the product portfolio expands to include BenefitLunch – a dining subscription card, which has a selection of restaurants and other eating options throughout the country.

Incorporating MyBenefit


MyBenefit joins the Benefit Systems Capital Group (BSCG), providing an integrated system to manage all company benefits.

For the employer, MyBenefit represents simplified administration, a maintenance-free online system with ready reports, time-saving and a reduction in the cost of logistics - distribution of benefits is done online. Employees can easily access the system from anywhere, and benefits are available immediately after purchasing them.

Over half a million cards in use. BSCG’s services are rapidly being expanded into foreign markets.

By 2015, more than 613,000 employee benefits cards have been issued – it is a clear sign that the BSCG offers an attractive product, tailored to the needs of its users interested in an active lifestyle.

Investment partners operate 66 sports and recreation facilities, including 19 new ones opening during this period. The MyBenefit and MultiKafeteria platforms are utilised by almost 180,000 people in 2015.

BSCG begins developing employee benefits programmes on foreign markets - in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Bulgaria. In the Czech Republic more than 24,000 employee benefit cards are in use by the end of the year.

BSCG continues to develop the platforms and the programmes it offers in the strategic areas of sport and leisure, culture, entertainment and tourism.
