Adam Kędzierski has been a Board Member at Benefit Systems SA since 1 March 2013. Within the company he is responsible for the Cards, Fitness & International segments. Until May 2015 he was a member of the Supervisory Board at MyBenefit Sp. z o.o. (from 2013). Previously, as the Commercial Director at Benefit Systems, he was responsible for the company’s trade policy, including developing strategies and sales plans, as well as their implementation.
In 2007-2009 he worked at Warsaw Study Centre Sp. z o.o. as Sales Director and Managing Director. He was responsible for the sales segment, initially B2B, and later also B2C. At the Laudator Institute Sp. z o.o he implemented projects in the field of training, consulting and advisory services. He started his career with ALPHA PRO Sp. z o.o., where for three years he worked as a coach, team manager and coordinator of sales projects and training. At the time, he was also a co-founder and editor of the monthly publication "European Self-Government".
He is a graduate of Warsaw University (Faculty of Law and Administration, International Relations - European Studies, English Language Teacher Training College), as well as the MBA programme implemented by the School of Economics and the University of Minnesota. He holds postgraduate diplomas in Labour Resource Management and Auditing, Financial Control and Accounting. Additionally, he is also a graduate of the Matrik School of Trainers and the School of Negotiation.
